The balance sheet was little changed. Total assets stood at 9.509 billion pounds ($199.02 million) at the end of September, roughly flat from 9.508 billion pounds ($199.00 million) at the end of 2024.

On a standalone basis, the parent company also reported a smaller loss. Standalone assets were 6.22 billion pounds ($130.18 million) at Sept. 30, up from 5.90 billion pounds ($123.48 million) at year end.

Third-quarter results showed momentum building later in the year. The consolidated net loss after tax fell to 186.77 million pounds ($3.91 million) in July through September, compared with 713.83 million pounds ($14.94 million) in the third quarter of 2024. Quarterly operating revenue jumped to 277.97 million pounds ($5.82 million) from 48.04 million pounds ($1.01 million), and the per share loss narrowed to 0.03 pound ($0.000628) from 0.13 pound ($0.002721).

The standalone business swung to profit in the third quarter, reporting net income of 345.88 million pounds ($7.24 million), versus a loss of 583.07 million pounds ($12.20 million) a year earlier.
