DON'T MARRY ANYONE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO CONVERT HIM OR HER 

One day, a lady went to a preacher for counseling.

She told the preacher that, she has got a man who's an unbeliever she wants to marry with the intention of converting him to the Lord.

The preacher didn't argue with her, instead he asked her to climb a table.

Now on the table, he stretched forth his hand to the lady and asked her to pull him up.

With her many attempts, she was not able to pull him up but with one pull from the preacher, she was almost on the floor.

"It is easy to pull one down than to pull up," the preacher told her.

She got the message and advised herself accordingly.

I have 2 lessons to draw from this story... 

 1. Don't marry anyone because you want to convert him or her.

You're not the Holy Spirit that convinces and converts souls, neither are you Jesus that died that for souls.

Therefore, don't marry anyone because you want to win the soul for the Lord. 

God no send you message. The only message God sent you is to preach the gospel to that soul not to marry him or her. 

Assuming that you have been married before you become born again, it would have been a different case but you're born again and want to marry someone that's not born again because you want to convert the soul, you are looking trouble. 

If you want to win souls, enter market, enter bus, enter street and preach the gospel there. Soul plenty there.

The Scripture asked a question, "Can anyone walk on hot coals and not get burnt?"

You know the answer. Incase you don't know, fire will roast your legs well well!!! 

You go come get injury and you will cry. 

 2. Marry your kind

When the Scripture says that you should not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever, it's for your own benefit.

There's no concord, fellowship, communion, or agreement between a believer or an unbeliever.

Marriage will be a lot easier for you when you marry your kind.

Don't add more troubles to the one you will face in marriage. 

So, if you're a believer marry your fellow believer.

Don't marry an unbeliever because you want to convert the person, that is disobedience to God's Word and also dangerous for your spiritual life.

If you are an unbeliever, marry your fellow unbeliever.

No come dey drag our sisters with us brothers make we for see sisters to marry. I take God beg una.

Go and marry your fellow unbeliever. 

Don't be a witch.
