The pitfall most young people enter, is believing that business is easy and quick way to freedom. That's a big lie!

It is a lie believing that business is easy and quick way to freedom. Business in real world, is frustrating if not aligned with a vision and hunger.

You push, push, push and fail. You try again, again, and still fail. You will tend to give up — because the storms and the ship are not friends!

Business is never easy, it is never guaranteed freedom. Once you start the journey, you are in till you exist the business, either alive or death or hand over.

Before jumping into business, I am not sugarcoating anything, know that behind every successful business owners out there in the real world, and at interviews.

There are nights of darkness, days of pains, cold of loneliness, series of failures, countless rejections, and strong reasons to give up. It is forces against forces, in the business world.

So think again, business is lucrative, path of freedom, gives you enough time in the long run. But it not a smooth journey, it is a rocky climbing.

That is why it is only few that dwell in the top of the chain. The ladder is feeble and knee paining. 

Some people go into business, with the mindset of they don't work for anyone, like being their boss. I have tried that, I thank Adonay for his wisdom and guidance. Executive.

If you have that mentality of not working for someone. Let me start my business, so I will be my boss, no one will control me.

Here is the painful truth. Starting a business expose you to more harms than being an employee, working for someone.

Because as a business owner, you will be working long hours and hard. You must meet up the government, authority and the people.

That is, you as a business owner, is still working under someone, and for someone. You are working under your government, authority governing your field, and for your customers.

So it is not easy as thought, not quick to freedom as said. It is a sacrifice to pay at the feet of the society, for your financial possessions. Executive.

So don't focus more on success stories, seek their hardships, their failures, their setbacks, their powers never to give up, their beliefs, their source of energy when they were weak, their attitudes during pains and rejections, etc. 

Study their biographies, appreciate their success stories, celebrate their victories, and follow the path of truth. 

Don't just learn from their success stories at interviews, from books or at events. Seek to know their bad days, their failures, their struggles — and learn from it. Learn deeply from exploration of knowledge, not necessarily from your experiences.
