Executive. Many people are asking, what is hard to build? Is it a company, a business, a foundation, a name, a brand, a family, a church or whatever.

Here is the truth, the hardest thing to build is yourself, your personality — that is to say, until you have built yourself so good at something, you can build anything with your will power. Yes, once you have build yourself, with your will power you can establish anything on earth.

You see Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Donald John Trump, Warren Buffet, Aliko Dangote, etc., these men has built themselves to the extent of even billion dollar divorce parting cannot bring them to the ground. And most of you will be thinking, they have multi-billions companies in holding. If you have not built yourself strong on principles, you will fall at a million naira lost. 

Even my Lord Jesus Christ built himself with studies, fasting, prayers and how to lead people effectively; abiding in his field, doing good works. That is why he was great here on earth. Not controlled by emotions, people's opinions nor events of the world. So therefore, we must build ourselves to the extent that it is beyond human measures, just like Jesus Christ.

 Executive. Imagine losing everything — your money, your home, your relationship, and assets. Would you crumble or confidently rebuild? Wealthy people who say, “I will never be broke again”, are not relying on money in their accounts but on who they have become.

Thanks to God, I have built myself beyond measures. Success is not about what you have; it is about resilience, skills, knowledge and mindset. Great people often lose everything and still bounce back stronger. So, ask yourself:

Who are you becoming?

Are you building the inner strength to rise again, no matter what life throws at you?

For you to be great, you don't need to be lose at emotions, be guided by principles. You don't need to be moved by people's appearance, and don't be lose to emotions — be built on principles, and move with knowledge based approach to handle matters of life. I have principles guiding my actions and activities of my life — and that is the truth. Follow the steps don't just follow the results, for you to be gaint in your field.

Success is not about what you have; it is about resilience, skills, knowledge and mindset. Executive. The hardest thing ever to build is not a company, a product, a family nor whatever — the hardest thing to build is yourself! Once you fix yourself, you can do anything with your will power here on earth.
