"Do not be afraid to lost your job, due to threats, and abuses" — Didi-Omah charges employees to get out of abusive jobs and threats

Do not be a puppy, you are a human. God never gives anyone dominion over his fellow man, but authority to lead with love, being of Servant-Leadership.

Do not be afraid to lost your job, due to threats, and abuses. I have seen that many people, especially women treated their employees, of "I will fire you", "you will lose your job". 

Anyone who makes himself better, will not beg for opportunity. Because you are an employee, does not make you a slave, but a servant to service. 

I will repeat this my quote, which I made during my tenure as the NACOS Chaper President at Federal Polytechnic Ekowe, Bayelsa State, and president of Department of Computer Science, during the set of 2023/2024.

"The king and the servant, have one thing in common; the king and the servant have one common task: which is to serve. Serve to service. Both the king and the servant have the same call to serve".

Some employees are suffering under their employers, because they know the truth — which the employer is using to press them down.

Some may be the close person of their employer, is manipulating their employer to oppress them; which is highly wickedness.

My wife have no rights to abuse or hit any of my or her or our employees, both at home and at work, anywhere — because they are serving us, does not mean we are better than them.

We are a blessing to others, so they are our servants, so they can be a blessing to others the same.

Do not be afraid to lost your job, due to threats, and abuses. If they want to get you fired, let them do; they are not your creator, they are not your God.

You are hundred percent responsible for the outcome of your life, you have nobody to bleme, not even the government nor your employer. Who you marry matters a lot in how you will be in your life till separation.

Men, see beyond beauty and outer look. Women, see beyond money; money answered all things according to the Bible, but money is not everything. 

You are not just getting married to a man you love, you are also getting married to the father of your children, and a friend to you and your children, and a provider to your home.

You are not just getting married to the woman you love, you are also getting married to mother of your children, a friend to you and your children, a home builder, a dutiful wife, a helper and help mate; you are also getting married to a playmate and nurse to you.

I know good appearance is needful — be spiritually incline. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8 vs. 5-6).

So choose your wife and husband wisely, treat marriage as a business. Treat marriage as a business, what you will get and what you will offer — should be in place; the Bible called husband and wife, partners. But places the man as the head of the home, the woman as the home builder and caretaker.

So be filled with the scriptures all-round, be educated with the words of God — having therefore knowledge, wisdom, and an understanding heart.

Any job that is not treating you as a slave, not as servant, do quit. Any work that is not allowing you to express yourself, quit. Any job that is emotionally draining you, quit. Any job that is not utilising you to your full potentials in you, quit. Any job that is medically draining you, do quit. Any job that is not allowing you to have time for yourself, please quit.

If you die now, your employer will replace you as soon as possible — that is the truth. Do your job excellently, deliver your duty perfectly; whatever your hands is doing, do it well. If you are happy, free, enjoying, and expressing yourself, gaining more knowledge and money, you are not stressed out, you are growing to your potentials — keep the job, add values to it; so you will get promoted, and secure more success.

Not happy at all, at the face of this wickedness; do not be afraid to lost your job, due to threats, and abuses. If they want to get you fired, let them do; they are not your creator, they are not your God.
