Talking about business, running a scalable company. Executive, let me tell you something—running a scalable business is never by chance, it is by principle. It comes down to three Ms: Mindset, Money, and Method. If you understand these three, you can build a company that not only grows but lasts.

We already touched on mindset. Elon Musk said, the mind creates the future you want before it comes to play. That aligns with scripture, “As a man thinks, so he is.” Poverty is not first about your bank account, it is a mentality that later appears in reality. You think it, you act it, and you become it. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks, and out of the abundance of your mindset, your life produces.

Executive, if you carry a poor mindset, your business will mirror it. Faith starts with knowledge, and knowledge lives in the heart. A slim mindset will produce slim results. Someone may have millions today, but if their mindset is broken, give it time—they will go back to lack. Why? Because money without the right mindset is like pouring water into a basket. Mindset.

I have seen millions invested in a company, and the company goes out of business. Why? Not the money, it is the mindset. The mindset does the processes — there is millions of money, so why did the company close down. 

You must fix your mindset, feed your brain, enlarge your heart, and then money and method will follow. Knowledge and education are investments, and the greatest transformation starts inside. Change your mindset, and you transform your world.

Now, let’s talk about money. Executive, you cannot escape it—without money, you cannot establish a business strongly. Even the Bible said money answers all things. And while money is not everything, it is most needed in the affairs of life. Feeding needs money, clothing needs money, healthcare needs money, paying taxes requires money, and expanding a business requires money. Cashflow is the bloodstream of every business. The moment the cashflow stops, the business begins to die.

Executive, this is why sales and marketing must never be joked with. If you cannot sell, you cannot stay in business. If you cannot market, you cannot multiply. Some people have great products but no sales skill, and they wonder why their business is not growing. It’s not just about having money in the account, it’s about creating systems that bring consistent cashflow. Your goal as a business owner is to master how to attract customers, how to retain them, and how to make them spend again and again. That is where financial strength comes from.

Finally, let’s come to the third M—Method. Executive, method is the how. It is not enough to have the right mindset, it is not enough to have the money, you must also know the method. A wrong method can waste the right mindset and swallow the money. I have seen businesses with good ideas, with capital, with opportunity, yet they failed. Why? Because their method was wrong.

Method means structure. It means system. It means strategy. If your business depends only on your effort, you don’t have a scalable business—you only have a hustle. But when you build systems that can run without you, that is when your company becomes scalable. Method is how you recruit, how you train, how you deliver, how you manage people, how you serve customers, how you use technology. It is the operating manual of your business.

Executive, the methods of yesterday cannot run the businesses of today. Times change, customers change, markets change, and if your methods remain the same, your company will die with the old season. That’s why you must keep learning, keep improving, and keep innovating. Many times, it is not more money that you need—it is better methods. Sometimes, it is not more manpower that you need—it is smarter methods.
