DIDI-OMAH REVEALS THE SIMPLE WAY TO DO MARKETING USING DOACWEB 

If you are asking me, what the joy in owning a business — Why did I move to business?

I did not study business administration in the Polytechnic; like Aliko Dangote and Mike Adenuga, did studied in their universities.

I am a graduate of Computer Science, pure computer science. That's at Federal Polytechnic Ekowe, Bayelsa State, in Nigeria.

Business is not an easy doing tasks — it's full with ups and downs.

Let me tell the truth, all those that you hear, see or read: that affiliate marketing, or stock, or buying a land, or blogging, or forex trading or whatever — they may have told you!

That it the way to make wealth and steady flow of income. They are not the sure way to make wealth. 

Those statements were created to collect money from people — I am into advertising and marketing, I know what I am saying.

Don't get me — wrong! You can make money from these, you can be millionaires and billionaires doing them. 

The only sure way to wealth is investing in knowledge, and agriculture. The truth is that, without knowledge and right application, you can not and never make money from those businesses or skills.

Now no job gives you food, but agriculture do. For instance:

blogging can't give me food, it gives me money — I will have to go to the market to get food, foods gotten from agriculture.

So investing in knowledge and agriculture gives us a better future, with these, even the AI may take the money from the table — but can't take the food from the soil and the knowledge in your head.

Talking about business, you see why it seems like I am good in business — helping businesses and individuals to succeed and grow — because I have these: Knowledge always, moving to Agriculture.

When you have agreed to start a business, from scratch, having no job. Be ready to face lots of downs: insufficient funds, not getting money regularly, being broke quickly, being misunderstood and so many circumstances.

Be ready for these, it's not a nollywood movie, that a man started his business poor, boom he is super rich — that's a scripted work. We are talking about life. Life and Learning works together! Like the saying "Learning never ends", since you have life, you have to keep learning — or you fade out!

The joy in owning a business: is you get freedom and you have time to fail and try again.

I love failure, it make me to identify my weakness and make it stronger — when I have analyse why I failed.

Another knowledge I want to give to business owners out there — be fast to fail, be fast to know it right, get it right. Time is infinite, man dies — not time. Same day, but it rotate — we climb new age every year.

So having the mindset that time is there, but you are going — it will make you be more productive and possible to achieve anything you are committed to achieve.

So venturing into business, any kind of business; is not any easy one. Don't just look at the success, look at the failures too — so you can plan well.

Another is this: for your business not to fail, you have to be creating customers daily. It can be getting more users, more engagement or sales or whatever — you should be getting customers daily.

When your business stop getting customers, it starts failing.

The purpose of an entrepreneur — is to create customers, keep customers and grow customers. That is it!

I will say, marketing is all, without marketing, no sales — without sales, the business fail.

That's the reason, I valued my marketing team, they are the reason, my company still alive and succeeding. They create customers everyday, I don't even spend much time with my programming team at doacWeb, despite the fact, I am a web developer.

I know the basics, I am not a programming genius: I can build any website by myself from scratch. I can build any business from failure or scratch to a successful global empire — I am not alone.

I will say, focusing on your product or service and investing in marketing — is the way your business will never fail. That's the joy of business.
