Didi-Omah Reveal Secret To His Company's Progress (doacWeb)

In my life as a blogger and now a skillful business man, I never one day believe in chance, because no one emerge great by chances. I believe in purpose, because purpose driven lives are great, successful and fulfilled lives on earth.

doacWeb today is driven by a purpose, Doactalk was driven also by a purpose, which drives us to fast growth and monetisation speedily. Now at doacWeb, there are areas we are not meeting up, and this is the time we engage to meet up — in line with the purpose at the end. 

The goodness for me as a person and my organisation, is discovering where we belong on time and start investing accordingly. Through wide readings, researches and ideas generation. Buy into the minds of those that are there before us, that are in the markets. Naturally I love studying about others, to learn from them and craft my own. 

I am one of the man that Bishop David O. Oyedepo have impacted with words of knowledge, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome with the words of the Spirit. I am a product of many mentors through their videos, books, audios, and lifestyles. But the foundation started from Zion International High School, by Rev. Dr. Bob Joshua. His teachings on life and Jesus Christ, transform many students lives, including mine hugely. 

I thank Adonay for that glorious school, and for me attending that school. What a blessing? We are responsible for the outcome of our lives. We have a vision, we must begin with a life of discipline, diligence and sacrifice. Doing what others cannot do, for us to be able to achieve our assignments successfully and be at the topmost top. Discipline, diligence and sacrifice for the vision to see the light of the world.

No leader of worth that is not a committed learner — all leaders of worth are learners. I am not any expert, I have said it before and I will keep saying it; I am not an expert, I am a student. If we are looking for progress, then we should have a project. I will say there is no season that we don't have a project, every three months have its own project in our assignments — and we have a system that we follow to track our results and guide our responsibilities. 

Our downfall begins when we are bigger than learning. No project, no progress. We must write down knowledge taken, so we can know more and understand clearly. I let my team work without me, because I have created a lifestyle of we achieving progress under structures and systems.

Because anyone that can work effectively without supervision is a leader in making. If they can carry out tasks smoothly towards the vision and growth, without supervision, they are leaders in making. I regularly do checks and balances, I engage in it strategically.

I do give my team free time, as I engages in free time. Because thinking is a skill that needs free time from works and disturbance, I believe if we will follow the Bible accordingly to have time for rest for a whole day, we will have a great productive life. Funny enough, I told my Executives and team, to think on that which is profitable and makes us productive; we throw away that which is not profitable and that which will kill our lifespan.

I am not after the money and promotions, I am after the vision, because the vision is worth more than money. I am not a career person, this is what I want to become, no no no! I look forward on what area of life will I make positive contributions. Make impacts because I am a leader not a manager. 

Determination, dedication, discipline, and sacrifice are the four steps to climb to be a star in any field on earth. We have the purpose, we must be determined, dedicated, disciplined and sacrificial to get it achieved. We believe it is our turn to make the big difference. Who I seek first? I am a Christian, I seek God first before everything. I asked for his help and his direction — in so doing, I encourage my Executives to follow this path.
