A Federal High Court in Abuja has given former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello permission to travel to Saudi Arabia for the lesser Hajj, also known as Umrah during Ramadan.On January 29, 2026 Justice Emeka Nwite made the ruling after Bello's lawyer asked the court to release his international passport temporarily.The passport was with the court as part of his bail conditions.
