Chris Jericho gets a match for AEW Revolution

Zero Hour, but it’s a match.

We can’t have a PPV event in AEW without The Demo God on the card. Rejoice knowing that Chris Jericho now has a match for Revolution. It’s on the Zero Hour pre-show, but that’s just Jericho doing a favor to the world by offering his match for free viewing.

Jericho will defend the ROH World Championship against Gravity. In case you forgot or were unaware, Gravity is the brother of Bandido.

This story stems from ROH TV. Jericho had a serious chat with Big Bill and Bryan Keith over their lack of success. He handpicked them, because he believes in their potential. The losses aren’t cutting it. Jericho warned them not to waste this opportunity under the Learning Tree. It’s time to live up to Jericho’s expectations.

Bill and Keith took those words to heart by attacking Jericho’s current rival. Bill forced Bandido to watch as Jericho blasted Gravity with the title belt. The Nueve then did the same to Bandido.

During Collision, a video aired to recap those events. Gravity wanted revenge and challenged Jericho. The bookerman decided that the ROH World Championship will be on the line.

The Revolution Zero Hour pre-show starts at 6:30 pm ET on Sunday, March 9 streaming on AEW’s YouTube channel and elsewhere.
