BREAKING! Mysteries in Mississippi: Two Men Found Hanged in a Single Day

Daniel Whyte III calls on Trump to bring in the FBI and to stop the foolishness of whitewashing slavery. He also calls on black and white pastors and Christians of goodwill to show the same love and respect for these two men—one of whom appears to be a white man, contrary to earlier reports—that many have shown for our dear martyred brother, Charlie Kirk.

Daniel Whyte III, president of Gospel Light Society International, is urging President Trump to use the full force of the F.B.I. on this case, in the same fashion as he did for our brother in Christ, Charlie Kirk. These two men may not be as well known as Charlie Kirk, but they are well known to God, and God is no respecter of persons.

Whyte also tells Trump to stop the foolishness of trying to whitewash slavery and black history and now trying to remove the iconic 1863 photo called “The Scourged Back,” which captures the torment of slavery on black ancestors, from a national park. The picture shows the back of a black man who was brutally whipped. Whyte says, “Mr. Trump, just imagine, this black man could have been more talented in golf than your friend Tiger Woods, who is now a member of your family and, in effect, the stepfather of your grandchildren.”

Daniel Whyte III calls on Franklin Graham, Dr. Robert Jeffries, Dr. Jack Graham, and other pastors who are close to Trump to guide him away from this insanity and foolishness that is going to cause irreparable, unnecessary damage to the generally good relationships between blacks and whites in this country, contrary to the radical whites and radical blacks on both sides. Whyte tells Mr. Trump, “Do not start something that God is not going to let you finish.” Whyte challenges President Trump to visit a Love’s Truck Stop, as he has many times while traveling across the country, and he will be amazed at how regular red, yellow, black, and white people get along. “It’s a beautiful thing,” Whyte says. “Don’t mess up the America that Dr. Billy Graham and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. fought and died for. May God bless America!”

A pall of mystery and grief has fallen over Mississippi after two men were found hanged on the same day, miles apart. The separate deaths have sent shockwaves through their respective communities, prompting official investigations and widespread speculation on social media.

The first body, that of 21-year-old Demartravion “Trey” Reed, was discovered on the campus of Delta State University (DSU) in Cleveland. Reed, a Black student, was found hanging from a tree near the pickleball courts and Court of Governors dorms early Monday morning. The university quickly identified him in a public statement, a rare move for a suicide case.

Official reports from the Bolivar County Coroner’s Office have concluded that Reed’s death was a suicide and that no foul play is suspected. Yet, the initial lack of information fueled a flurry of rumors online, with claims that Reed had broken bones and other injuries inconsistent with self-harm. The coroner’s office, however, explicitly stated that preliminary examinations found “no evidence to suggest the individual was physically attacked before his death.” To ensure a comprehensive review, Reed’s body has been sent to the Mississippi State Crime Lab for an autopsy.

The second, seemingly unrelated death occurred hours later in Vicksburg, where a white, 36-year-old man named Cory Zukatis was found hanged in a wooded area near the Ameristar Casino. Authorities believe Zukatis, a Brandon resident, was homeless. His body was also sent for an autopsy at the Mississippi State Crime Lab, and police are continuing their investigation. At this time, investigators do not believe the two deaths are connected.

In the wake of the tragedies, DSU canceled classes on Monday. The university has made counseling services, including peer support, available for students and staff to cope with the loss.
