Before I venture into any business, I have studied the business model and business plan of that which I want to go into.

Before I move into blogging, I studied Linda Ikeji and her blog, Huffington Post, and others. To know their company type, government, processes, projects, procedures and people involved.

When I started blogging, I started like a 40 years old man in the business, and I excel. I know I have failures, and my successes are more than my falls.

I have all business models of Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, Alibaba, YouTube, Google, Apple, Dangote Cement Plc, Dangote Petroleum Refinery, Fila, Gucci, BMW, Ferrari and more.

So before I venture into real estate, I sat down and studied nine selected real estate companies comprises of those in USA, Mexico, UK and South Africa. I never studied any in Nigeria.

To know what keep them alive, strong, profitable, growing fast and relevant for 20 years, 50 years and over 100 years — what makes them succeed even in the tide of waves in the real estate business and market.
