The Federal Government had earlier said they have paid the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), two weeks salary for October, but ASUU rejected it.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has rejected the half payment of salaries and described it as Wickedness to the Union. ASUU Further said it will move to take steps soonest.
