Job Description:

  • Processing of School bills after audit check.
  • Assisting with bank errands.
  • Data entry and reconciliation both offline and online.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Assisting to administer petty cash when the accountant is not around.
  • Assisting with audit and fact checking.
  • Assisting with the management of school fee payments and reconciliations.
  • Provide support to the accounts department.
  • Processing of various payments for the foundation.
  • Posting of data on QuickBooks software.
  • Assisting with payroll processing.
  • Any other assigned duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in relevant accounting discipline and a minimum of 1 year post NYSC experience
  • Good knowledge of statutory tax remittances 
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Excel, databases, accounts reconciliation and accounting software like QuickBooks
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
