Living a moment means you are present in that moment, fully involved in it and make the most of it.

Most people don't live their life to the fullest because they don't live every moment of life. Their mind is so unsettled that every moment they are thinking of something else. Either they regret their past or worry about their future. They are in the company of people, but still, they are in their own world.

If you want to fully live your life, don't let any moment slip away. Keep time for self-analysis and daily reflections. Don't be on electronic devices when you are with others; bring your mind back when it wanders. Remind yourself the best you can do in a given moment is to be in it.
