For Amazon Global India sellers hoping to catch the year-end shopping rush in the United States, the busiest weeks of the calendar are getting closer.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday can bring a sharp rise in online shopping, but they also leave sellers with little room for last-minute preparation.

Ahead of this period, Amazon Ads is hosting the Global Peak Season Ads Summit 2026 in Delhi and Mumbai this October.

The events are aimed at helping Indian global sellers prepare their products, advertising campaigns and export strategies for the upcoming shopping period in the United States.

The Delhi edition will be held on October 14, a Wednesday, at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel. It will run from 10 am to 5 pm as a full-day, in-person event.

The Mumbai edition will take place on October 22, a Thursday, at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, in an evening format from 4:30 pm to 10 pm.

Notably, the entry to both summits is free, but attendance is by invitation only and only for Global sellers, with seats confirmed on a curated basis.

Registration opens on September 15, 2026, and the company has encouraged interested sellers to register early given the limited nature of the invitations.

What sellers can expect

Both editions are built around the same core purpose, preparing India's global selling community for one of the largest shopping moments of the year in the US.

The summits are aimed at existing sellers who already export through Amazon's international marketplaces.

The day will feature a mix of formats. The main stage sessions will focus on advertising strategies for the holiday season, covering key shopping events from Black Friday and Cyber Monday through Christmas and New Year.

The sessions will cover Amazon Ads across the full funnel, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, as well as Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud.

Sellers will get to meet Amazon Ads leadership, and the day will include seller panel discussions and roundtables with founders and CXOs who actively advertise on Amazon.

Sellers will also get a detailed checklist of Ads strategies for the season, prepared with Amazon Ads experts. There will be live demos of Sponsored Products Video and Creative Agent, Amazon Ads AI tool for building ad creatives, along with a first look at new ad products.

Consultations and partner booths

The best part of the summit is that sellers can visit the Ads consultation booths for a detailed review of their advertising accounts, covering how their past campaigns have performed and what can be improved before the peak season.

Registered sellers can also apply for a 10-minute one-on-one Ads clinic with Amazon Ads experts and Service Provider Network partners, held on their own accounts. It’s worth noting that the clinic slots are limited and will go to shortlisted registrants.

Both cities will have booths from empanelled Amazon Service Provider Network partners, where sellers can get help with their campaigns and creatives.

The Delhi edition will additionally have an AI Experience Centre, where sellers can try Amazon's AI powered tools, including Product Opportunity Explorer, Listing Enhancer and Seller Assistant, and build their own ads at the AI Creative Studio

Eligible sellers can also sign up for the Ads RISE programme, which offers two months of Ads consultation at no additional cost. Participation is voluntary and subject to terms and conditions.

The full speaker line-up and detailed agenda for both cities will be shared in the coming weeks.

For sellers looking to attend, the message from Amazon Ads is fairly direct: use the day to get Ads ready ahead of the peak shopping season, while also building familiarity with the AI tools now built into the seller experience for listings, creatives, and growth.

Sellers can register for the Delhi edition here, and for the Mumbai edition here.
