Amagi swings to profit in Q4 FY26, revenue jumps 29% to Rs 397 crore

Bengaluru-based SaaS company Amagi has reported a sharp turnaround in its financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year of FY26. The company posted consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 397 crore in Q4 FY26, up 28.5% from Rs 308.9 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter rose to Rs 421.2 crore from Rs 328.5 crore a year earlier. Amagi recorded a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 34.3 crore in the March quarter, compared with a loss of Rs 10.6 crore in Q4 FY25. Its profit before tax climbed to Rs 40.5 crore from Rs 56 lakh in the corresponding period last year, while total comprehensive income stood at Rs 43.5 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with a comprehensive loss of Rs 9.3 crore a year earlier. Bengaluru-based SaaS company Amagi has reported a sharp turnaround in its financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year of FY26.

The company posted consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 397 crore in Q4 FY26, up 28.5% from Rs 308.9 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter rose to Rs 421.2 crore from Rs 328.5 crore a year earlier.

Amagi recorded a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 34.3 crore in the March quarter, compared with a loss of Rs 10.6 crore in Q4 FY25.

Its profit before tax climbed to Rs 40.5 crore from Rs 56 lakh in the corresponding period last year, while total comprehensive income stood at Rs 43.5 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with a comprehensive loss of Rs 9.3 crore a year earlier.

Basic and diluted earnings per share improved to Rs 1.54 each, compared with a loss per share of Rs 0.53 in Q4 FY25.

For the full financial year ended March 2026, consolidated operating revenue increased 29.5% to Rs 1,505.6 crore, compared with Rs 1,162.6 crore in FY25. It posted a full-year profit of Rs 71.7 crore, reversing a loss of Rs 68.7 crore in the previous financial year.

Employee benefit expenses remained the company’s largest cost component during the quarter, rising to Rs 188 crore. Overall expenses increased 16.1% year-on-year to Rs 381 crore in Q4 FY26.

Amagi’s balance sheet also strengthened significantly during the year. Consolidated total assets increased to Rs 2,353.2 crore as of March 31, 2026, from Rs 1,424.9 crore a year earlier.

The company's shareholders’ equity rose sharply to Rs 1,756.8 crore from Rs 509.4 crore, while total liabilities declined to Rs 596.4 crore from Rs 915.55 crore.

Amagi’s cash position improved substantially following financing inflows, largely driven by proceeds from equity issuance worth Rs 816 crore. Consolidated cash and cash equivalents at the end of FY26 rose to Rs 283 crore from Rs 113.7 crore a year earlier.

It was listed on the stock exchanges in January through its Rs 1,789 crore initial public offering. The company debuted at a 12% discount to its issue price.
