Adane Best Breaks Silence On Illness Rumours, Calls Claims False

Adane Best has dismissed rumours circulating online that he is critically ill and seeking financial help, describing the claims as completely false.

He says he was surprised by the reports and had already used his social media platforms to deny them publicly.

Speaking on Accra 100.5 FM’s Highlife Time show, the highlife musician suggested the rumours may have been spread by people attempting to profit dishonestly from his name. He revealed that the issue has been reported to the police, who are currently investigating, although no arrests have been made so far.

Adane Best cautioned the public against spreading false information about people’s health or death for financial gain, saying it can destroy reputations. While he expressed concern about the situation, he added that his main wish is simply for the truth to be known rather than for anyone to be punished.
