Adam Thomas reveals 'disturbing message' David Haye sent after I'm A Celeb final as boxer sues ITV

Adam Thomas reveals what he told David Haye after allegedly sending him a bizarre message following I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! South Africa.

The world champion boxer, 45, was accused of 'bullying' the eventual winner, 37, throughout camp.

According to The Sun, Haye now faces of an alleged breach of contract by the way he acted in the chaotic live final, which lead to him reportedly being kicked out of the London studios by security.

Speaking on At Home With The Thomas Bro's, the Waterloo Road actor said Haye apologised to him post filming but was left confused by his message.

"The most disturbing is that I look at David and even after the show and after everything he did, you know he sent me a voice note and was like 'oh mate, what a great show that was. I'm so happy you won. Congratulations'," Thomas said.

"I just sent him a message back just saying, you know 'I think this is where we draw the line and I hope that you find happiness bro, but I'm done'.

"The relationship with me and David is even after the camp, even after he told me [out of camp] 'you're the nicest guy I've ever met and I just wanted to break you', like, it's cool. He apologised. I moved on."

At first, Thomas said the pair were 'bantering and having a laugh' by sending each other voice notes over the phone.

It then became a case of stirring things up for the sake of 'entertainment', Thomas says.

"I'd just put it all to bed," he insisted.

"I think for David and some of the campmates that have come out and been on the live show and everything, I feel like it's just a show for them. It's entertainment. It's fun.

"For me, it's not about entertainment. I'm not playing a character or here for anyone else's agenda.

"I'm just here to have a laugh and have fun and enjoy this experience."

Haye, meanwhile, is reportedly suing ITV for £10 million for 'damaging his brand'.

“David is absolutely gung-ho about all of this — he is incandescent with rage about how the whole series has been handled and feels he’s being made a scapegoat by ITV,” a source told The Sun.

“He insists he is none of these and has suffered trolling.

“He can cite examples — such as the Gemma Collins ‘fat-shaming’ moment, which used clever editing and snide eye-rolls, etc to make his remark look damning.

“His lawyers will go through the series with a fine-toothed comb to find more.

“He is going for damages as a result of the ‘propaganda’ aired against him to recover lost earnings, which lawyers believe could total up to £10 million.”

LADbible Group has contacted ITV and David Haye's representatives for comment.
