A Tony Khan favorite makes the Hangman/Omega reunion official

With The Don Callis Family closing in on Hangman Adam Page — both figuratively, in the sense that Don vowed a member of the Family would take Page’s AEW World title, and literally, in that Hechicero, Alexander, Rocky Romero & Lance Archer were circling the ring — the champ got help from JetSpeed’s Kevin Knight & Speedball Mike Bailey. They weren’t enough, but a pissed off Kenny Omega was.

Just days after closing Forbidden Door with the winning side of the Lights Out Steel Cage match, Omega was still steamed about what happened to Will Ospreay after the PPV main event. He used that anger to aid the man he won the AEW Tag titles back in 2020 against his mortal enemy Callis‘ crew.

That clip cuts it off, but the post-match vibes were just as positive.

And if that’s not enough to make it official that Hangmega is back, Tony Khan’s already put them in the first and so far only match he’s booked for next Wednesday’s Dynamite at 2300 Arena. It’s his new favorite match to make — the All-Star 8-Man Tag we seem to get at least one of on every AEW television show lately — and it puts Kenny & Hanger against two Callis Family members, and a pair of old friends-turned-foes…

Glad to see AEW production isn’t done messing with former EVPs Matt & Nick Jackson yet.
