36 Dead, 279 Missing in Hong Kong Building Fire

Hong Kong is reeling from one of its deadliest fires in decades after a massive blaze erupted and tore across multiple high-rise apartment buildings in a major housing complex. The scale of the disaster is staggering, with authorities confirming a tragic loss of life and a large number of people still unaccounted for.

As of the latest reports, at least 36 people have been killed in the disaster. The search and rescue operation continues in desperation, as 279 people are still missing.

The fire rapidly escalated to the highest alarm level as it spread quickly across the densely packed towers. The efforts to save residents trapped in the upper floors have been extremely challenging.

It was shared that Firefighters has gone to the scene to reach some residents who are stranded at the top part of the building.
