14-Year-Old Girl Dies After Undergoing Breast Enlargement Surgery

A 14-year-old Mexican girl, identified as Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo, has tragically died after undergoing an unauthorized breast enlargement surgery.

Authorities confirmed that Paloma passed away on September 20, 2025, at a hospital in Durango, Mexico, just one week after the risky procedure. She reportedly developed severe respiratory complications, which ultimately led to her death.

Her father, Carlos Arellano, expressed shock and heartbreak, revealing that he had no knowledge of the surgery until after her passing. He said he only discovered the truth about the cosmetic operation during her funeral, when it was disclosed that Paloma had received breast implants without his consent.

“Her death certificate falsely stated ‘illness’ as the cause of death in an attempt to cover up the truth.” He said

He also revealed that immediately after his daughter’s death, the family was given a death certificate. He found it suspicious, as the document stated that she had died from cerebral edema caused by a respiratory illness.

“They gave it to us right away. I don’t know how they did it so quickly.”

“I demand that all those responsible be investigated.” he added
