Zilla Fatu promotes future appearance, merch on social media after GCW exit

The Samoan Dynasty star’s activity follows Game Changer Wrestling’s announcement of an impasse with the rookie.

Zilla Fatu stayed busy on social media Saturday after Game Changer Wrestling said they reached an impasse with the rookie sensation.

Fatu began the day with gratitude, posting on X, “GOD IS GOOD, GOD IS GREAT.” He signed off with a prayer hands and 100 emoji before finishing with the hashtag Fatu. He also reposted an August post from House of Glory, promoting his new t-shirt.

The son of Umaga and cousin of Roman Reigns continued to engage with fans by sharing posts from Reality of Wrestling, where he is the reigning ROW Champion. He shared several messages promoting the upcoming 2024 Sherri Martel Classic. He also highlighted a future appearance for Limitless Wrestling’s Oct. 26 event, Fresh Blood, with the caption, “Ball like I’m Kobe.”

On Friday night, Game Changer Wrestling released a statement on X before their event in Philadelphia. It said, “Zilla Fatu will not be appearing at tonight’s GCW event in Philadelphia or any GCW shows for the foreseeable future. We tried our best to avoid this situation, but we have reached an impasse. We wish him the best.”

GCW has not commented further, and Fatu has remained silent on the matter. It also appears that he may not be joining WWE and his family in The Bloodline anytime soon. Besides his Limitless Wrestling appearance in October, House of Glory is advertising Fatu for a match next Sunday in Chicago against Idris Jackson.
