Zelio E-Mobility reports 76% revenue growth, PAT rises 75% in FY26

Electric vehicle (EV) maker Zelio E-Mobility has reported a 75.4% rise in standalone profit for the year ended 31 March 2026, supported by higher revenue and increased business activity. The BSE SME-listed company’s standalone PAT rose to Rs 28.03 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 15.98 crore a year earlier. For the full year, Zelio’s standalone revenue from operations increased 76.3% to Rs 303.54 crore from Rs 172.19 crore in FY25. Including other income of Rs 3.06 crore, total standalone income stood at Rs 306.60 crore. In the second half of FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs 170.22 crore, compared with Rs 96.91 crore in the year-earlier period and Rs 133.32 crore in the first half of FY26. Electric vehicle (EV) maker Zelio E-Mobility has reported a 75.4% rise in standalone profit for the year ended 31 March 2026, supported by higher revenue and increased business activity.

The BSE SME-listed company’s standalone PAT rose to Rs 28.03 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 15.98 crore a year earlier.

For the full year, Zelio’s standalone revenue from operations increased 76.3% to Rs 303.54 crore from Rs 172.19 crore in FY25. Including other income of Rs 3.06 crore, total standalone income stood at Rs 306.60 crore.

In the second half of FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs 170.22 crore, compared with Rs 96.91 crore in the year-earlier period and Rs 133.32 crore in the first half of FY26.

For the second half of FY26, Zelio reported standalone PAT of Rs 16.21 crore, compared with Rs 8.96 crore in the same period a year earlier and Rs 11.82 crore in the first half of the financial year.

Standalone profit before tax for the second half was Rs 19.58 crore, while basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 7.73.

Total standalone expenses for FY26 rose to Rs 272.68 crore from Rs 154.44 crore in the previous year.

Its cost of materials consumed remained the largest expense at Rs 232.54 crore. Direct expenses stood at Rs 10.02 crore, employee benefit expenses at Rs 7.23 crore, finance costs at Rs 2.02 crore and other expenses at Rs 19.74 crore.

On a consolidated basis, Zelio reported revenue from operations of Rs 310.71 crore in FY26. Total consolidated income stood at Rs 313.68 crore, while profit after tax was Rs 28.39 crore.

Consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 15.14.

The consolidated numbers include the financial performance of Zelio Auto Components, which was incorporated as a subsidiary in May 2025.

Zelio’s standalone equity rose to Rs 111.17 crore as of 31 March 2026 from Rs 26.67 crore a year earlier. Cash and bank balances increased to Rs 26.00 crore.

However, the company reported a net cash outflow of Rs 7.39 crore from standalone operating activities, mainly due to higher working capital requirements, including inventories and loans and advances.

Founded in 2021 by Neeraj Arya and Kunal Arya, Zelio E-Mobility manufactures electric two-wheelers under the Zelio brand and electric three-wheelers under the Tanga brand. The company is headquartered in Hisar, Haryana.

The company said its dealer network spans more than 25 states and union territories. In February 2026, Zelio commissioned a new plant in Cuttack, Odisha, increasing its total installed production capacity from 72,000 units to 1,80,000 units per annum.

In April 2026, Zelio appointed Divyanshu Agarwal as CEO, effective 15 April 2026. He previously worked at Navi, where he led the UPI Business and Growth function.
