Home design is fun! With a few simple changes, you can transform a bedroom into an office, convert a basement into a movie theater, or even turn an entryway into a viewing gallery for your (admittedly small) car collection.

That’s exactly what the owner of one home has done in Urbandale, Iowa, a suburb of Des Moines. Now you can benefit, too, because the house is being offered for sale on Zillow for the surprisingly reasonable price of $500,000.

I’m not sure about the local market in Iowa, but judging by the vehicles on display in that garage, half a million dollars doesn’t seem to be a significant financial strain. Visible through a glass wall in the home’s foyer, you can spot a pink Rolls-Royce Ghost and a red (and possibly black) Lamborghini Urus.

While the walls may sport a somewhat mundane but clean white, the floors are just as bougie as you’d expect from a showpiece garage like this one. Adorned with black and white marbled tiles, the design is versatile enough to complement any car you choose to park in there.

Based on the photos, it appears that there are three parking spaces available for cars. This explains why there’s a Lamborghini Huracan parked in the driveway in the pictures of the front of the house, which coincidentally matches the black and white color scheme of the garage’s interior.

I’m not sure if Architectural Digest will be knocking on this home seller’s door anytime soon, asking to feature it, but the glass garage wall certainly makes an impact. Unfortunately, it means that you really have to be on top of cleaning your garage, which I imagine would be a bummer for a lot of people.

Elsewhere, the house, which you can explore on Zillow (hat tip to TheDrive), boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home theater, an in-ground pool, and neighbors who still proudly display a massive Trump banner from their balcony. If you love your cars, and wish you could see them more often, this may be the home for you.
