Mr Eazi disclosed that during this period, Wizkid provided crucial advice, emphasizing that he should only consider the deal if it offered “life-changing money.”

Reflecting on the situation, Mr Eazi acknowledged that, from a financial perspective at that time, the offer might have been perceived as life-changing. However, with a clear vision of his future aspirations, he opted not to sign the deal. Furthermore, Mr Eazi revealed that various labels had expressed interest in signing him in the past, with Olamide being one of the artists keen on collaborating.
