Our relationship with the self is one of the most important relationships. When this relationship is satisfying, we become calm, content and joyful.

Most people are not happy with themselves. They are either involved in something they don’t enjoy, leading a life of pretence or doing something against their conscience. When people are unhappy, they don’t see the positive in anyone, so they cannot sustain any relationship.

To create better relationships with others, you must first be true to yourself. When you lead a life with consciousness, not only do you feel happier, but you also see goodness in everyone around you.
