Cornwall, United Kingdom

Monahan said the first half of the year is Cancer’s ideal time to travel, but don’t venture too far into unfamiliar territory. “You need to go where you feel emotionally ‘held,’” she said. “Travel should feel like a homecoming, not an escape.” For a trip that doesn’t feel too far outside your comfort zone, plan a relaxing getaway to Cornwall. If you’re flying into London, it’s an easy train ride down to England’s rugged southwestern tip. There, you can admire the dramatic coastal scenery, explore charming seaside towns, and fill up on traditional Cornish comfort foods.

Leo

New Orleans, Louisiana

Smaller and more serene than bustling Tokyo, Kyoto is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with numerous temples, historic districts, and beautiful gardens that will make you forget you’re in a big city. Stretching from Chicago to Santa Monica, Route 66 offers plenty of things to see and do along the way. Pick a stretch in your neck of the woods, and make the journey the whole adventure. You want to see how the world is evolving.” With a growing tech and startup scene, Berlin is on the cusp of greatness, making it an excellent spot to visit this year. While the new year may mark the start of a lighter, calmer chapter for Pisces, it’s important to ease into the transition. “You still crave beauty and magic, but you need it to have ‘edges,’” Monahan said. “If you go somewhere too chaotic, you’ll just check out. Look for destinations that hold you.” Pisces’ perfect travel match? Lisbon, Portugal.
