Lateef Adedimeji responds to trolls calling his wife barren

“Lisabi” actor Lateef Adedimeji has responded to internet trolls attacking his wife and family for being childless.

The actor opened up to Chude Jideonwo, stating that he married his wife, Adebimpe Oyebade, in December 2021, and they have been happily married since then.

“We have always thought about ourselves. We have conversations all the time. Recently, somebody still called her barren on social media. And she will be like, ‘Ade, come and see. That is how they call me all the time. I would just be like, leave them. They will be fine. When it is time, what will be will be. Just leave them,” he said.

“People do not know what you go through. People do not know your decisions. People do not know if you have decided, ‘Okay, we are now married. Let us play for three years; maybe after, we can start thinking. What we are building is not what everyone wants to build.”

“A certain producer/writer I started working with from Timeless. Finally, he got his publishing check, came to my house, handed me 20 thousand dollars, and said Baba, I thank you. Happy to see there are still good people in this world! Being appreciated sure feels good! Love you, brother!”

Ay Makun shows his dislike for people who assume false narratives without fact-checking

Nigerian comedian and actor Ay Makun has said that societal expectations, personal struggles and judgements from people have shaped the way he lived his life.

The actor posted a picture of his daughter on his Instagram, attaching a lengthy piece about media expectations and how much it misconstructs his life with false narratives.
