Venezuela: Hegseth allegedly ordered ‘kill everybody’ in second drug boat strike

According to The Washington Post, US forces carried out a follow-up strike on a suspected Venezuelan drug boat in September after seeing two survivors of an initial strike clinging to the burning vessel. The report said US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth had ordered troops to "kill everybody" on board the vessel – a claim Hegseth dismissed as "fake news".
