This happened in modern day Aba yesterday in 2022. Young men without any form of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) were seen cleaning gutters. They may have contracted life changing diseases yesterday. 

Note that about N4bn or more is claimed yearly by Abia Government for desilting these same gutters.

Is this the best N4bn could do? 

Where will you take these monies to?

Why can't we liter Aba with locally constructed refuse bins if we cannot import?

What type of refuse bins can we not import with N4bn annually? Gold?

What type of mechanical cleaning equipment can we not procure with N4bn yearly to save our people from this type of primitive practice?

What are we doing to stop refuse dumping in our drains?

Not every photo should be posted on social media. These photos will make people see us as below the standard of animals.
