Didi-Omah Augustine: For you to be wealthy, like real unending prosperity. Build something that people will keep paying for everyday, something that they will do with everyday of their lives. Executive: Sir, how can I build a company like doacWeb, I need help!

Didi-Omah Augustine: Executive, don't venture into business because you feel like building a company or else you will crash and burnout. There must be an undying quest for owning a company, your company must solve a problem or render excellent service. Like to me, I have this burden of own companies and businesses and a charity foundation, so I have to start early. Now, there are simple three stages to build a company or start a business:

 1. Build a product or service that people want

 2. You build the company, that grows the product/service — hire people of five to seven staff, have structure, systems, get legal rights, and earning cashflow.

 3. Become kind of professional, a little more administrative, and you hire executive team. 

Then you can go again repeating the circle for all, like: Build a new product, scale the product, hire an executive team — running really well!

Executive: Didi-Omah, if I may asked how did you deal with your competitors.

Didi-Omah Augustine: Competition is healthy for businesses. It gives you balances and checks possible. I remembered when I was a professional blogger, I partnered with my blogging competitors to grow. We leverage on eachother to grow and stay alive. I have help many bloggers to keep their blogs alive despite they were my direct competitors. Because we are competing in the market doesn't mean my company should be rude, we must be friendly and wise indeed. Competition to me is a friendly sport to get at the goal rightly.

Executive: Sir, by 2026 you will be 25 years old, and you started your business at 16 years old. How did you run your conglomerate, I mean, doac Invest.

Didi-Omah Augustine: This is a very difficult question, but I will tell you the truth about it. I studied a lot, like I have studied to the extent of becoming mad in 2025, I stop studying for some time, because I nearly run mad. Too much of reading have made you mad — that was what they told Apostle Paul in the Bible according to the book of Acts. I stopped reading other books but keep studying my Bible daily until I was told to return to my secular library. Wow, let me answer your question. It is structured, doac Invest. is the mother of all my commercial businesses and investments. The system I used was gotten from the Bible, from the five books of Moses, everything from the Bible. We have Et Cetera (Real Estate) Group; DOmode Broadcasting Company; doacweb.com, Africa (active); and some investments and more to come, if Christ Jesus will tarry — by God's grace. The organisation DIDI-OMAH is the only organisation that does not bring revenues to us, it takes complete 30% dividends from equity from us as business. And never returned any profits, it is the only body that takes our money without returning profits.

Still on your question. Let me use doacWeb: doacWeb pays 10% of its revenue to doac Invest. as monthly management maintenance. This keep doac Invest. to still be financially stable in handling her lean internal affairs. How, one tenth of your income, you see the system. The 90% doacWeb use it for themselves as monthly business running income. Quarterly, doacWeb sent 30% to doac Invest. as quarterly financial earnings. Total, it is 60% of doacWeb's income generated that doac Invest. feeds on. 10% monthly, 30% quarterly. And the month to earn the quarter, doac Invest. received 10% and 30%, making it 40% at the quarterly recieving month.

So you see, 70/30 quarterly, and 90/10 monthly — and it is done regularly. I never read(red) any business book or conglomerates like Dangote Industries Limited, Alphabet Inc., Mata Platforms Inc., Amazon.com, Inc.; Executive, it was just from the five books of Moses from the Bible. And that's how all our companies will be following this system till world end. All our founded companies and the ones we will buy partly or completely. We follow structures, the Bible have help me in fixing rules that will help my planning crew, financial flow, and electing executive at the top. And I read other books and study great companies to learn from their own models in building my own. That's the secret!
