Hyundai promised “something big” for this year’s New York Auto Show, and it didn’t disappoint. The Korean automaker revealed a rugged Boulder SUV concept in the style of Ford’s Bronco that’s based on next year’s midsize pickup truck.

Massive 37-inch tyres, fat arches, tons of ground clearance and safari windows make it look ready for any trails, and the body on frame construction means it ought to have the off-load chops to back up that talk.
