Suspected phone snatchers attack another man in Katsina

The wave of violent phone snatching in Katsina metropolis has continued to escalate, leaving another resident severely injured. The victim, identified as Auwal, was attacked around 10:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, near the old market, close to Dan Shinkafi money changer point.  Eyewitnesses said the assailants, armed with sharp weapons, accosted him before slashing his neck in an attempt to snatch his phone.  The latest incident comes a day after suspected phone snatchers attacked a businessman, Marwan Usman, while he was working at his shop along IBB Way, near Kofar Kaura and the MTN office in Katsina metropolis.  The post Suspected phone snatchers attack another man in Katsina appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
