doac, Invest. and We-Blogs Africa have set to follow NIKE strategy to grow in speed against structure. Nike abandon 10-Year strategy to use 3-month play according to reports in previous years.

We-Blogs Africa announces their abandonment of 3-Year strategy to 3-Month strategy, following doac, Invest.

“We are no longer going to work with 3-Year play, now on 3-Month play. Speed is now more important than structure. We are set to work with every single 3-Months on the sprint.

We are now based on every single 3-month of the year. We are going to try something or anything – if it work, we iterate; if it doesn’t work, we dump it. Meaning we have four groups of three months together to form a year. We got short time to play around, we have to be fast.

Working in four 3-month divisions of a year (on the sprint) is best for us as an ever green and growing organization; not better. Having Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 into our growth system – that’s great.

We do really iterate quickly as need, this is the advantage we going to have over big companies in the lists.

While we focus on the 4Ps of marketing – Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. Putting the 4Ps together as team to work; in competitive to move from top to bottom, bottom to top, inside to outside, and outside to inside.

Channeling to somebody else’s customers; we need to get the insight. Every customer we got or we want, is someone else’s customer. Learn how does others get these customers, reach them, and how did they get them to buy – we need to build our marketing strategy on that insight.

We have to keep learning, keep failing, keep rising, keep succeeding, learn how to sell, build customers, get sponsor, and create generations of money.

We have and need to start now – just do it!

Not seeking for perfection because finished or done is better than perfection, perfectionism is a prison. Get ready to improve, get negative feedbacks and learn from unhappy customers as vital.

Our investors need to push more money into the company, the system. Our employees need to be taken good care of, we need to listen to our customers and lastly value our stakeholders. Building back the community and supporting the government to reduce our taxes or cause us to be on zero tax.

We have to get started, test and test, keep pushing, keep building, keep promoting, keep accepting and correcting, keep learning, keep networking, keep investing, keep losing, keep gaining, keep supporting, keep growing and keep loving!

Having 125 countries and territories using doactalk, is a good report. Having lot of experts from India, UK, USA, Canada and Nigeria applying to work for the company is a good report – we don’t want large employees, that’s why I rejected them – love being with small team to develop great product. Having customers telling us what to do to make them keep using the website, is also good.

 We have more plans and projects to carry out to keep developing and updating and improving and growing doactalk as we keep on.

I see doactalk as the product that will turn this million naira worth company to multi-billion US dollars company. We-Blogs Africa will get to Meta (facebook, instagram, and whatsapp), X (twitter), Medium, TikTok (ByteDance), Opera Hub and News, Phoenix platform and excel more. Just want all including myself, Didi-Omah Augustine to know that wearing simple clothes while chasing the vision is worth the living. Towards achieving this new move; doac, Invest. will allocates funds to grow the business. Starting from January 2024 – this motion begins. I, Didi-Omah have said it, I will try my possible efforts to keep the company alive and Doactalk will never be sold or for sale even in bankrupt situation of the company. Let’s be thinkers, great one for that.

I will soon step down from being the CEO of We-Blogs Africa, not so fast but before my 40 years old – if occurs. Started blogging at age of 16 years, establish We-Blogs Africa under doacInvest.org at 18 in 2020.

Looking forward to retire from work at 60 of my age but not from business. Stepping down from positions but seat in the executive council or board till I die – that’s the system for me. Nothing is permanent, everything including life is temporary and risky.
