RIYADH: Saudi finance companies’ outstanding credit reached SR99.37 billion ($26.5 billion) at the end of the second quarter of 2025, marking a 10.2 percent increase compared to the same period last year. According to latest data from the Saudi Central Bank, also known as SAMA, this figure represents only about 3.12 percent of the total financing extended by the Kingdom’s commercial banks, underscoring the still-modest but growing footprint of non-bank lenders in the financial system.
