Ruben Amorim speaks on Man United’s defeat against Everton

Manchester United's amazing run of form ended shockingly after they suffered a defeat against 10-man Everton at Old Trafford.

The game was a major win for the former Red Devils boss David Moyes who had never won a Premier League match as visiting manager and a moment of madness 13 minutes into Monday's meeting looked set to extend that record.

Gueye was shown a straight red after striking Keane on the face during a heated row. It was the Toffees' first win at Old Trafford since December 2013, when Moyes was in the home dugout, and saw Ruben Amorim's side return to earth with a bump having gone five unbeaten.

Ruben Amorim expressed his disappointment during his post-match press conference about how his team were unable to break down Everton.

He said,

"We didn't play well. We didn't understand and we were going with the flow of the game. That is my biggest concern. These five weeks everyone was praising our evolution and I am always saying same things, we are not near. I am really frustrated with the way we played the game, at home and understanding what happened this weekend with the other clubs, looking at the table and feeling everything. And the way we presented from the first minute is really frustrating”
