Royal Enfield has finally lifted the covers off the much-awaited Bullet 650 at Motoverse 2025, giving Indian enthusiasts their first official look at the big-capacity Bullet. While prices have not been announced yet, the Bullet 650 is expected to go on sale around January 2026 in India.

The fuel tank gets hand-painted gold pinstripes with winged Royal Enfield badging, reinforcing its heritage appeal. At the front, the familiar casquette-style housing returns with a round headlamp flanked by the signature “tiger eye” indicators, now upgraded with LED lighting for a more premium, modern touch.

The Bullet 650 will be offered in two colour options at launch – Cannon Black and Battleship Blue – both finished with tasteful gold detailing and period-correct logo treatment. The overall design intent is clear: this is a new-age motorcycle that still looks unmistakably like a Bullet when you spot it from a distance.

Powering the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is the familiar 647.95cc, inline twin-cylinder, four-stroke SOHC engine. It produces 46.4bhp at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5,650rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The Bullet 650 gets an 800mm seat height and a ground clearance of 154mm. At 243kg kerb with 90 per cent fluids, it is a substantial machine. A 14.8-litre fuel tank should further enhance its touring credentials.

Underneath, the Bullet 650 sits on a steel tubular spine frame, suspended by a 43mm telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers. With 120mm of travel at the front and 90mm at the rear. The motorcycle rides on a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel. Braking duties are handled by a 320mm disc at the front and a 300mm disc at the rear, both with twin-piston floating calipers and dual-channel ABS.

In terms of features, the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 mixes old and new. There are polished switchgear elements, rotary knobs and an analogue-led instrument console, which is complemented by a small digital display for essentials such as fuel level, gear position and service reminders. An LED headlamp adds a modern layer of functionality and style, while still maintaining the retro-inspired design language.
