Anabs Sara Igbe, an elder statesman in Rivers State, has commented on the disagreement between Governor Sim Fubara and Nyesom Wike.

In an interview with Channels TV, Anabs alleged that President Tinubu intervened to resolve the feud but Wike refused to adhere to the President’s instructions. He said Wike has been making forceful and confrontational statements. He also alleged that Wike instructed his loyal Assembly members to defect to the APCIn Anab’s words: “When there is peace, governance will take place. Unfortunately, President Tinubu intervened and Nyesom Wike said whatever the president said he is not going to abide by it and ever since then he has come out with thunder and brimstone. First, he asked Assembly members loyal to him to move to APC and he is a lawyer; he ought to know that the move will cost the assembly members their seats”
