Real Estate Offer: Lawyers In Business Int’l Extends Independence Day Discount On Property Sales

In celebration of Nigeria’s Independence Day, Lawyers in Business International has announced a special promotional offer, urging prospective buyers to take advantage of discounted rates before a scheduled 15% price increase takes effect on October 2.

According to the firm’s administrator, Silas E. Agbara, Esq., Senior Associate at M.I. Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the NBA (National) Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, the temporary price freeze applies due to the public holiday, which has delayed account reconciliation.

Discounted offers include:

  • ₦30.8 million for a 600sqm plot built to DPC, with a 50% deposit of ₦15.4 million.
  • ₦19.8 million for a 300sqm plot built to DPC, with a 50% deposit of ₦9.9 million.
  • ₦26.9 million for a 450sqm plot, with a 50% deposit of ₦13.5 million.
  • ₦18.4 million for a 250sqm plot built to DPC, with a 50% deposit of ₦9.2 million.

Buyers are also allowed flexible payment options, including a three-month interest-free balance spread, six months with a 12.5% charge, one year with a 25% charge, and up to two years with a 40% charge.

In addition, a 5% facilitator’s/agency fee will be paid to referrers who successfully introduce new buyers.

All payments are to be made into the company’s designated Fidelity Bank account: Lawyers In Business Int’l, 6060440751.

Agbara cautioned that failure to pay outstanding balances or installments when due will lead to the reversal of the designated plot without notice, with the defaulter refunded less a 40% administrative charge.

“Happy Independence Nigeria. May God bless our country, for we have no other!” Agbara added in his Independence Day message.
