Rapper 6ix9ine sued by former girlfriend

Rapper 6ix9ine has been sued by his former romantic partner for purported instances of physical and sexual misconduct, as well as for the malicious dissemination of intimate photographs of her via the internet.

The troubled artist, whose birth name is Daniel Hernandez, faces allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, of administering drugs to her and inflicting abuse, as well as misappropriating hundreds of thousands of dollars from her in order to sustain his extravagant lifestyle, as per legal documents acquired by TMZ.

Diaz asserts that 6ix9ine, also known as Tekashi69, compelled her to undergo cosmetic surgical procedures without her consent.

She is pursuing a sum of $1 million (£750,000) in damages and is requesting that the court prohibit him from releasing any further images of her.

Diaz, who is also an artist in the rap genre, indicated that she terminated the relationship in August upon discovering 6ix9ine’s alleged acts of theft and fraud.

In retaliation, he posted sexually explicit images and videos of her on X without her authorization.

Although the posts have been removed, Diaz contends that she continues to experience distress.

The Fefe singer has denied the allegations, and said on the contrary he helped Diaz out when she was struggling financially.

“All that jewellery is mine, that car she’s riding in I bought, the penthouse she got in the Dominican Republic I bought,” he told TMZ.
