Popular TikTok Star Girlalala Shot Dead After Argument With Boyfriend

Popular TikTok star Girlalala has tragically died after she was shot during a fight with her boyfriend.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call in Lauderdale Lakes on Friday night and found Girlalala in the passenger seat of a car suffering from gunshot wounds. She was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after.

At the scene, her boyfriend, Shanoyd Whyte Jr, was arrested.

Police investigations revealed that the pair had been arguing inside his vehicle, which escalated into a deadly dispute. Shanoyd has been charged with first-degree murder.

Before her death, Girlalala was a beloved figure in South Florida’s transgender community and had built a strong following on TikTok, often sharing videos of herself rapping along to tracks by JT of City Girls, one of her favorite artists.

Following the heartbreaking news, JT donated $5,000 to a GoFundMe campaign created to support Girlalala’s family with funeral expenses.
