Paulo Okoye Responds To Spyro’s Allegations Of Financial Struggles On His Label, Reveals N12m Spent

Music executive and show promoter, Paulo Okoye, has responded to allegations made by up-and-coming singer Spyro regarding their past professional relationship.

In an interview with Echo Room on Wednesday, Spyro recounted his struggles while signed to Paulo Okoye’s record label.

The singer alleged that he had to take out a loan to support himself during his time with the label, as he claimed he did not earn any income from their partnership.

Spyro further criticised Paulo’s management skills, stating that while the music executive is a kind-hearted individual and excels in the show business realm, he is not good at running a record label.

However, in a swift reaction shared via his Instagram story on Wednesday, Paulo denied the accusations.

The show promoter revealed receipts of his financial investment in Spyro, stating that he had spent N12 million on the singer without receiving any returns.
