Low self esteem stems from how we feel about ourselves. We often disregard ourselves because we look at what we don’t like about ourselves or get impacted by what some people make us feel about ourselves.

Whether it is about our looks, performance or capabilities, if we don’t embrace ourselves ,we always feel inferior and it leads to low self esteem.

Admire the goodness in you and work on what you think can be improved. Only you know how good you are, how hard you worked and what you are capable of, don’t let anyone make you feel any less.
