The Benin Arsenals fell to a 1-0 defeat against their hosts at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium.

Chidera Ezeh converted a spot kick in the 75th minute of the encounter to give the Chanji Boys the maximum points.

Bendel Insurance are fifth on the NPFL table despite the defeat.

Monday Odigie’s side will play Abia Warriors next in Benin.

Meanwhile, Katsina United moved up to ninth position on the table with the win.
