Nigerians react as Toke Makinwa joins President Tinubu's delegation to COP28 in Dubai (video)

Nigerians on social media are reacting after it was reported that OAP, Toke Makinwa, is in President Tinubu's delegation to COPE28 currently being held in Dubai.  It is being reported that Toke is on the delegation list in an unpaid advisory capacity.  Toke on her part has shared a video of herself in Dubai in a meeting with President Tinubu and other world leaders. While some Nigerians applauded her for making the presidential list, others argued that she is not in any capacity to attend such a meeting.
