INEC in a release on its X Platform (formerly Twitter) was reacting to an alert by Professor Chidi Odinkalu, a former chairman of the Nigerian Human Rights Commission, who raised doubt over the function of the Results Viewing (IReV) portal billed to be used for the Kogi, Imo and Bayelsa States governorship elections on Saturday.
