NIGERIA HAVE WEB DEVELOPERS, THEY ARE NOT CREATIVE AND THEY CAN'T THINK — DIDI-OMAH AT NIGERIA AGAIN, AS CHINA CREATED DEEPSEEK!

American created ChatGPT, China created DeepSeek. American created X.com and Facebook, China created QQ and TikTok.

Is not that Nigeria does not have web developers, it lack creative and thinking web developers.

Thinking is a soft skill, being creative is an art. 

Look at Nigeria, after three to six months of any invention from the West; what you will be seeing on the internet:

How to use ChatGPT to make money?, How to make money using X.com?, How to use implement WhatsApp automation?..... etc — these are courses, you will have to pay, created by Nigerians. Some will go further in creating videos for it on TikTok, YouTube etc.

What about organizing seminars and conferences? Relating to AI or new technology invented by the West, this is Nigeria — I know what I'm talking about!

China, Israel, Russian — these countries — have studied the U.S and know this. That's why they created their own.

What I am saying, is in Africa, in Nigeria — we have millions of graduated illiterates in the society. We have graduates, millions of them, with certificates — but they are illiterates.

The illiterates of now, is not those that don't know how to read and write. But those that don't know how to learn, relearn, unlearn and keep learning.

Why I focus on ability, courage and excitement?

When hiring someone at your company, in your business — do this; if you want to hire the right people.

This is what I do: I don't ask him or her, how many degrees he or she has?

I ask him, This is what I want done, can you do it?

I looked at the ability of the person to advertise himself, the courage of the person to convince me, and the excitement in the person when communicating with me.

I hire people that, I can work with. I do ask myself at the interview front, can I work for this person, if I can't work for you — then I won't hire you. If that person happens to be my boss, can I work for him. If no, I won't hire the person. I work with my employees, my employees are not working for me — we are teammates, I still remains the executive and top leader.

That's why I have the right team with me.

I don't need your certificate, age or experience. I need your ability, courage and excitement.

Because successful companies who are purpose-driven, find the right people not the good suitable people.

The developed countries don't celebrate certificates, they don't celebrate having the skill; in the develop countries, they celebrate discoveries, they celebrate people with creative thinking.

Many people, since they graduated, they have not read any book, they have not acquire any insight — since they left school.

It's not about the acquisition of certificates, it is the acquisition of knowledge — that will make you great.

A great man never complain, being a leader, you should never complain — I learnt this from the Bible.

Complaining never solved anything, it only keep things unchanged and kill creative thinking.

If you don't know how to think, go learn it. Get wisdom, because it's profitable for directions; get knowledge, because it keeps you from perishing; get understanding in heart, because it help stand out and do the right things.

You need these three sisters: Wisdom, knowledge and understanding — for you to be great and above your peers in the field, where you belong.

Build relationships with every fields, every careers, everyone, of life. It will bring more opportunities, connections and wealth, your way. It's not about building relationship, it about offering values in the relationship.

In life; wherever you found yourself, whatever time you are, in what you do — be important and value added.

Be important and value added person: with these no man will ignore you — no man, not even the president of the country and governor of the state will ignore you.

Seeing thou a man that is diligent in his business, for he shall dine with kings and princes: and not with mean men.

So it a principle, so it's unchanged. It working for me — I give it to you!

What you want? go get it! If it's not available or existing, create it!

Mark Zuckerberg wanted a platform that will connect students together and they will share knowledge, in college — he created Facemash, which is now Facebook. He did not complain.

Elon Musk wanted a platform, where people can receive payments across the country's boundary in the early 2000s, it was not available — he created PayPal. He did not complain.

Elon Musk, wanted Twitter (X), to be a platform of free speech, because he loves it. When Twitter (X) deleted Donald Trump's account on its platform. Elon Musk needing a free speech platform, for the love he have for Twitter and Donald Trump. He uses Twitter (X) for his business: He bought Twitter, and change the name to X. Restored Donald Trump's account back, days after buying the company fully.

But Donald Trump did not complain after Twitter remove his account, he created his own, known as Truth Social, because he wants to be on social media. Now Truth Social, is a multi-billion company and having millions of users weekly active.

Same to Dangote, Bill Gates and the rest. I created doacWeb, because I wanted a platform that people will blog and get their contents distributed easily on one platform — people will share what they know. I created it, I never complain.

Same to Canva's founder, she did the same, to many others. Ferrari, Air Peace, Apple etc.

You have to be creative, having faith, acquiring knowledge and take massive actions.

Stop blaming anybody for your failure, your downfall.

Someone may cause your fall, but for you to remain there, is your fault!

We lost Doactalk, because of Mr. Seun of 2Star Technology, failed to inform us properly about the expenses we are to cover. During the lost of Doactalk, I took 2 weeks to learn that (more) I don't know, how to transfer domain from one hosting company to another.

At my days in school, Federal Polytechnic Ekowe, I collaborate with my senior lecturer and project supervisor, who happens to be my institution's ICT director, Mr. Wari Denyefa, to learn more about web development and hosting — day and night.

A day we lost Doactalk, that same day at evening; we discontinued as Doactalk, and resume with doacWeb.

Same platform, same brand but a new name and purpose — was created.

I still worked with Mr. Seun, to continue business as doacWeb. I collaborated with more than 5 team members, to build what you all know as doacWeb. Now in 180 countries and making waves in the field, where I belong.

You don't have to blame your parents, they may born you poor, for you to remain poor — is your fault.

Your parents may only send you to school, they may pay the fees; but they will never enter classes for you, they will never write exams for you or do your assignments.

They are assistants, you do the tasks yourself.

You are 100% responsible for the outcome of your life. Not even the government should be blamed!

You don't have to blame Adonay and Satan. For this two, hates poverty and failures. From the Bible to us, God never fails, he prospers and blesses and maketh rich; having great success stories. To those that follows Adonay by faith and in obedience — walking with God!

The Devil hates his faithfuls to suffer in poverty and lack anything good and power.

He shows Jesus Christ, treasures of the world and glories of the world, including powers — not failures and poverty. He will give them to Jesus, but it's in a short time, temporary, because he owns nothing — Satan the Devil. 

Looking at the ritualists in the dark world, they are never poor — when they do what their success and wealth demands; they become successful and wealthy.

Same principle is applied in every world: when you do what success demands, you will be successful and be wealthy — even the Devil will bless you or do nothing: automatically you have attract God's goodness to you!

For God gives power to make wealth, not poverty — is in the Bible.

For God hates poverty and the Devil hates it. To them, poverty is a sin to the both — to God and to Satan.

At Zion International High School, Rumueme, Rivers State, Nigeria — that is where my journey to success began. I realized that my destiny is in my hands, I am responsible for my success and failure anytime.

I must work very hard or fast or smart with my hands, if I want to succeed — I learnt that from the director and founder of the school then, which he is now late; Late Rev. Dr. Bob Joshua.

God told me, I am responsible for the results of my life, so if by 30 years, I am not married or being financial down or not a father — I am responsible. That I should not blame anyone, any gods or spirit — it's me, the designer and architecturer of my life.

I have to seek for wisdom, acquire knowledge and get understanding. Depending on God, walking by faith and in obedience — that's how I become great. Building relationships and praying for big breaks!

I am not surprised at the level, I am now! I would have been surprised, if I have not attained this height. Because I do what success and wealth demands, if I have not attain this level, I will be asking Adonay and myself — What to do to achieve this? How can I do it? How can I achieve this?

I am saying, those web developers in Nigeria, should offer something that the world will know them for, not their community, they should serve the world. Think, act and become — create a solution, offer unique something — a product or a service; then you can monetize it, when you have thousands of people using it.

Learn marketing and sales, learn advertising, learn monetisation, learn psychology.

My mother is a nurse, and every good nurse is a psychologist, because they learnt it. I am learning from her, reading other books, Mark Zuckerberg — because he studied psychology and computer science. Learn how about the people, how people behave — their different behavior.

To be great: you have to be good at something first, then be great at it. Walk by faith and not by sight, with God, in obedience.
