New Gran Turismo 7 Time Trial: Powerboat Takes on the Temple of Speed

I went into town today to get some groceries. There are two routes I can take. 99% of the people I know take the faster option, which allows for speeds of up to 56 mph/ 90 kph. 99% of the time, I go for the touge, where the speed limit is always 31 mph (50 kph) or lower.
