Ndidi joins Super Eagles camp as Bassey ruled out of friendlies

Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi has arrived at the team’s camp ahead of upcoming international friendlies against Iran and Jordan.

The development was confirmed by the team’s media officer Promise Efoghe, who disclosed that Ndidi’s arrival brings the total number of players in camp to 22 as preparations intensify.

However, there was a setback for the squad as Calvin Bassey has been ruled out of the matches due to a back injury. The Fulham defender will miss the friendly fixtures as a precaution while he recovers.
